1. Practice method
(1) Stand up straight, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointing straight ahead.
(2) While inhaling, stretch your hands upward from the side of the body until the palms of both hands are clasped above the head.
(3) Shoulders sink as you exhale
(4) Continue to inhale, while stretching your spine, slowly stand on your heels, move your center of gravity forward, tighten your abdominal, back, and leg muscles, and finally let your toes support your body. Take 6 deep, long breaths.
(5) While exhaling, shift your center of gravity back and lower your heels. At the same time, lower your arms and return to an upright position.
(6) Repeat 2-4, 6 times.
2. Breathing points

5. Judgment criteria
Keep your back straight. The degree of physical improvement. The degree to which the shoulders open when the body bends forward. When bending forward, your body forms a 90° angle.
